And what YOU want in life and it includes breakthrough exercises and self-empowerment tools!

Thi will be a creative way to help you organise your mind and find direction, understand what you really want, keep you focussed and builds optimism around your dreams. It is one of the most positive ways to start a new year and a new you!
We will discuss our belief systems and look at which ones are holding us back, we'll look at the masks we wear, do some creativity exercises, mind mapping and creating a mandala of what our lives look like now and after we embrace more happiness and use images, words and quotes to create a vision board - a whole package of tools aiming to bring your wishes and dreams into reality!
No previous experience is necessary.
All Materials will be supplied (Board, magazines, pencils, glue etc however please bring along any old magazines)
