Bookings are essential and only confirmations via email are accepted as a reservation.

Costs
New & full moon meditations are $30 per person.

Mindful Business Gatherings are $15 unless stated otherwise. ​

All other meditations, events and workshops are priced individually. 

Details of payments will be sent to you by email or payable by cash on the day.

Location
All groups and events are held in Central Coast (Mainly Terrigal)
