Chanting helps connect you to your mind, body, heart and soul through the power of your voice.
We will start with a short meditation and then Kiavanni will lead us into some beautiful mantras.
Kiavanni is very passionate about bringing people together to experience the power of mantra. The talented musician and sound healer, Leandro will also be joining us.
This evening is suitable for all, including beginners. You do not need any previous experiences with singing or meditation to enjoy this beautiful practice. Chanting always leaves you feeling more connected and at peace as it helps you to bring more flow into your life.
Chanting is a process of repeating mantras, special vibratory sounds or divine soul songs to heal one’s inner being, to rejuvenate, to purify and to transform every aspect of life; including mental, emotional, spiritual and physical bodies
